To ensure the best performance and accuracy, it is recommended to wear your Femometer Ring on your index finger. If you prefer another finger, the middle and ring fingers can work as well. Please avoid fingers where the base is narrower than the knuckle.

After wearing for a period of time, you can open the app to sync your data to the APP (please ensure the bluetooth is ON). It's recommended to sync your data daily, but you can sync up to once every 15 days.
